Calling All Oakland Little Sweethearts!

Miss Oakland County & Miss Oakland County’s Teen Scholarship Competition annually offers a Little Sweetheart Program that allows girls, ages 5-12, to participate in our Miss Oakland County Scholarship Program. 

The Sweetheart Program is a fundraising endeavor to increase scholarship awards to increase scholarship awards for our young women. This program provides a positive introduction to the amazing and talented women that are striving for their goals and opportunities of education. It also encourages them to be the best person they can be on the inside and out.

Cost

$80 per applicant

Opportunities

Be announced on stage.

Escort a delegate out for a phase of competition.

Get crowned with an official MAO Tiara and Sash.

You can also join Miss Oakland County & Miss Oakland County’s Teen in two parades - the Founder's Festival Parade & Memorial Day Parade both in Farmington, MI (optional).

Attire

For Rehearsal: Casual play clothes are appropriate

For Production: A semi-formal attire should be worn, with appropriate shoes for girls. Please choose clothing carefully, keeping in mind the age of your child. Jewelry should be kept to a minimum, if any.

No makeup may be used for younger girls and age appropriate for older girls.

The competition officials reserve the right to make suggestions or rejections on all clothing and makeup, or anything affecting the Little Sweetheart appearance.
